A bright and spacious open plan living/dining room leads to a modern kitchen. With an oven, microwave and dishwasher, this tasteful kitchen comprises of all the mod-cons required for convenient cooking.

The bungalow has two double bedrooms that are tastefully decorated in similar warm hues as the rest of the property. Large windows in the bedrooms let in swathes of light.

French doors lead from the living room onto a partially covered terrace. This semi-shaded spot is perfect for enjoying eating, drinking and relaxing whilst looking out across La Ginestière’s pretty and neatly maintained garden.

Cooking can also be accomplished outside at La Ginestière as the bungalow has a barbecue.

But the real focal point of the exterior has to be La Ginestière’s private pool. This 10m x 4m pool is heated, meaning guests can enjoy bathing in the fresh southern France air even in out of season months.

Table tennis enthusiasts can enjoy a game of this fun activity on the property’s private tennis table.

Just a short walk from La Ginestière will bring guests to the delightful village of Saint Cezaire sur Siagne.

This characterful medieval village has been inhabited since the 9th century and boasts several archaeological sites, including megaliths. Saint Cezaire’s many authentic bars and restaurants provide a great place to sample the local cuisine.

From its elevated position, at the top of rocky cliffs, Saint Cezaire offers incredible views in the distance of the Esterel mountain range.

Exploring nearby villages and towns can be achieved without a vehicle by a network of cycle routes and walkways that extend from Saint Cezaire.

Just 17 kilometres from La Ginestière is the famous town of Grasse which, being the ‘perfume capital of the world’, is more than worthy of a visit.

Grasse is of course situated between the glamorous city of Cannes, with its yachts and fine-sand beaches, and the sophisticated city of Nice, with its pebble beaches and unremitting bustle.

At La Ginestière the significantly diverse activities and experiences of the Cote d’Azur are easily accomplished.
