Villas In Kas, Turkey

When you visit Kas (KAHSH) it’s easy to see why it draws so many people to its unspoilt shores. Once a quaint fishing village, Kas has grown into a bustling seaside town on Turkey’s Mediterranean coast. There’s a certain elegance and charm to this town, similar to that of Essaouira in Morocco… it’s incredibly laid back and has a dramatic setting at the foot of a wall of mountains.

Explore Kas' Sunken City

The town has developed out from the ruins of the ancient town of Antiphellus, which makes it a site of cultural interest with lots to see and do. We recommend that you take a boat trip to nearby Üçagiz and Kaleköy or the Blue Cave, also visits the neighbouring village of Kalkan, or if you are feeling really fit walk up the mountain to the cliff tombs. If it’s ancient culture that you’ve come for then head to the ancient Lycian cities and archeological sites such as Demre (Kale), Patara, Xanthos (Kinik), Letoön, Saklikent and Tlos.

We have a grand selection of luxury villas with pools in Kas that are just a stones throw from all the key sites, here’s a small selection – please click on the images or call for more details:
