Experience traditional life in Mallorca by staying at the beautiful townhouse known as Ca La Tieta
If you’re looking for large townhouse accommodation to sleep up to ten guests in central Mallorca, then let us introduce you to a new property we have on our books, the fabulous Ca La Tieta.
This recently restored two-storey townhouse is delightfully traditional. Its rustic stone wall façade blends seamlessly with the architecture shares the narrow street that Ca La Tieta sits on, just a stone’s throw from the old village plaza of Búger.
Búger is a small, friendly, laidback village, home to a pretty church, a bakery, newsagent, ATM, a couple of restaurants and a small supermarket. Every Saturday morning, the normally sleepy village comes alive, with the weekly market.
In typical Mallorcan style, Búger hosts plenty of annual festivals and fiestas, particularly during the summer months.
At Ca La Tieta, you’ll be perfectly positioned to experience Búger’s tranquil way of life that involves shopping for ‘pan’ in the local bakery, and tucking into tapas and sipping on an ice-cold ‘cerveza’ in one of the tapas bars that line the square, while watching the world go by.
Inside Ca La Tieta, the townhouse takes on a more contemporary style. Glass doors lead from its spacious living area onto a large terrace, which boasts incredible views of the neighbouring village of Campanet and the mighty Tramuntana Mountains beyond.
A shaded terrace provides a peaceful spot to get some respite from the sun and a small lawn with decking that leads to the private swimming pool will undoubtedly be a hub for family fun.
Staying at Ca La Tieta in Búger is the perfect base to explore this wonderful part of Mallorca. Just a 15-minute drive from the house will bring you to Pollenca Old Town, renowned for its web of narrow, cobbled streets, lined with distinct and ancient architecture.
