We’ve just added a fantastic property to our ever growing portfolio of luxury villas in South West France. It’s called Le Prada, sleeps up to 11, has a tennis court, a family sized (fenced) swimming pool and is located just 50 minutes from beaches in Capbreton, Hossegor, Seignosse – all of which are wide, sandy beaches known for their excellent surf.
The property is available between 3rd July to end of October and there is still very good availability for the 2010 summer school holidays.
It is fully equipped with all the gadgets you’d expect and is tastefully decorated throughout.
There is lots to do and see in the area, you’re just 12km from Dax, a beautiful spa town, and 10km from the charming bastide of Montfort en Chalosse. You can walk for miles exploring the local countryside and wildlife and when you get hungry… why not head to the nearby village of Hinx (3km) where you’ll find local amenities including a delightful restaurant.
