Mallorca events calendar 2015

With the spring and the summer quickly approaching, you might be planning your 2015 getaway destination. Cuttlefish and Nautical Fair, Alcudia

Only Spain could have a whole festival dedicated to the cuttlefish!

On April 10 – 15, 2015 Alcudia’s annual cuttlefish fair will give cuttlefish – known in Spain as sepia – lovers the chance to eat as much sepia as they like!

Numerous bars, restaurants and stalls will see cuttlefish being served in various dishes. As well as eating more sepia than you’ve ever known, this annual Alcudia event also comprises of a boat show, a craft market, children’s activities, a food market and an exhibition.

Mallorca 312

If you call yourself a cyclist then this is an event not to be missed. On 25 April 2015, the longest cycling event in Spain will be held on Mallorca.

This popular cycling race covers 312 kilometres of mountain trails, seaside roads and hairpin bends.

Whether you enter the race yourself or go and watch the thousands of cyclists hit Mallorca’s streets, the Mallorca 312 race has all the ingredients for a memorable event – sunshine, sandy beaches, mountains, meeting like-minded people and an entertaining, exhilarating ride.
