At Casa Celsa you are very close to wine country at Marmoraia, which is naturally a real bonus for aficionados of Italian wine. The vineyards of Chianti are in the vicinity and the whole area is one of a picture postcard. Several other fascinating towns and cities are within an hour’s drive and if you haven’t already been to the great city of Florence then now might be your chance as this world-famous city is only 60 km away from Casa Celsa.
Nearer still is the city of Siena, which is just 30 minutes drive from this idyllic stone cottage. Siena is a UNESCO world heritage site and is famous for its cuisine, art, museums and medieval skyline. One thing’s for sure, you won’t be short of culture, art and rural Tuscan bliss at Casa Celsa.
