Tristan

The glitzy Puerto Portals is one of the most exclusive marinas on Mallorca and it is here that you will find Tristan Restaurant. This two star Michelin restaurant in Palma de Mallorca was described by the Jet Set Report as being resonant of the “super-stylised restaurants of the St. Tropez waterfront complete with crisp white awing and a row of even whiter 150-ft yachts.”

This exclusive kitchen is run by the German chef, Gerard Schwaiger who came to Mallorca from Munich in 1986.

An ambience this luxurious does come at a price and a six course tapas taster menu at Tristan will set you back 138 Euros – per head! The menu includes, carpaccio of veal, quail stuffed ravioli, John Dory au gratin and braised lamb. Not to mention the tomato and caviar complete with pipette for squeezing it into some crème fraiche. It is safe to say that the food at Tristan is pretty fancy.

Restaurant Zaranda

Chef Arellano’s food is adventurous, exciting and delicious and is reflective of seasonal local produce. The restaurant is situated in Llucmajor on the south eastern part of Mallorca.

Es Reco Des Teix

Es Reco Des Teix is a charming restaurant on the rugged northern coast of Mallorca. This atmospheric restaurant is run by Josef Sauerschell and his wife Leonar. The talented duo won themselves a Michelin Star with their “modernised classic cuisine”.
