Villa Álvares: Stylish and contemporary accommodation in the Algarve

If you’re looking for stylish, modern accommodation in the Algarve, let us introduce you to Villa Álvares. This brand new-build villa boasts a spacious and contemporary interior, and with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, Villa Álvares can sleep six guests in comfort.

Villa Álvares

Villa Álvares is situated on a small residential estate in the village of Pêra, which is 12.5 kilometres to the south-east of Silves. The house is within walking distance to a selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. It is also just 3.5 kilometres to the nearest beach at Armacao de Pêra, a lively Algarve resort, which is a popular spot for Portuguese holidaymakers in the summer.

With a spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, a double bedroom on the ground floor with a dressing area, en-suite facilities and a convenient cloakroom area, as well as two double bedrooms with patio doors that access the upstairs terrace, Villa Álvares is a place where guests can spread out and relax. This contemporary villa is tastefully furnished, with modern appliances, stylish furniture and fittings, well thought-out lighting and subtle tones.

Externally, Villa Álvares is equally as homely and relaxing. Enclosed terraces provide the perfect place to sit and soak up the surroundings. An inbuilt barbecue means al-fresco cooking and dining can be carried out with ease, and a private gated swimming pool with a poolside shower means guests can cool down as the hot Algarve sun soars overhead.

Just a short 500 metre walk will bring you to the bustling town of Pêra and its selection of quality restaurants, bars and cafes. Pera’s mini-market means you’ll be able to conveniently locate all those essential holiday ingredients.

Travelling a further three kilometres will bring you to the livelier, seafront town of Armacao de Pêra, where you can take your pick from a selection of seafood restaurants and bars. On its eastern side, Armacao de Pêra is home to an ‘old village’, which is more typically Algarvean. A 17th century fort is still present on the beach in the old part of the town, which was erected to defend Armacao de Pêra from corsairs and pirates.
