Prunella’s pretty tiered garden has been quirkily landscaped, with a lawn, shrubs and colourful bougainvillea crafting a truly delightful exterior.

As peaceful, pretty and playful Prunella’s grounds are, a world natural splendour awaits guests staying in this part of Istria.

The hamlet of Radici possesses a timeless feel that’s augmented by its friendly locals and a surrounding landscape of lush countryside brimming with homegrown produce that is the envy of Croatia.

The country lanes and trails around the house are great for walking and cycling and familiarising yourself with this tranquil and untouched corner of Istria.

For a livelier day out the ancient Roman town of Porec is just a 20 – 30 minute drive from Prunella. With numerous Romanesque, Gothic and Baroque buildings and a World Heritage-listed basilica, Porec is a must for culture-vultures and history lovers.

In recent years Porec has also developed quite a reputation for being a quality European party hub, with young revellers from around Europe and beyond keen to experience partying in Porec.

It’s safe to say that at Prunella, there’s something to satisfy every member of the family!
